Well-known NW Side grocer, 7-Eleven gas station proposed at Harlem-Montrose in Village of Norridge

The Norridge Zoning Board of Appeals recently recommended the project to the village board. Plans call for a grocery store, a 7-Eleven gas station, a Starbucks, a dental office and a restaurant with a drive-through lane.
