GW Properties gets $16M in Six Corners medical office sale
GW Properties cashed in on a medical office property the firm built at Chicago’s busy Six Corners intersection, selling the two-story building to another local real estate player for more than $16 million.
Church Street Plaza almost fully leased
The redevelopment of Church Street Plaza, downtown at the intersection of Church and Maple, near the Metra station, has filled or leased all but about 5,000 square feet of the 200,000 square foot shopping and entertainment complex, according to Mitch Goltz, principal officer at GW Properties, which purchased the site last year.
Goodwill Plans To Open Spaulding Avenue Store In Avondale
Goodwill and GW Properties have made a development agreement that would see the industrial building at 3550 N. Spaulding Ave. demolished and replaced with an 18,000-square-foot, one-story building for Goodwill, according to Ald. Carlos Ramirez-Rosa’s website.
Mavrek scores $102M construction loan for Streeterville high-rise
A joint venture of Mavrek Development, GW Properties, Luxury Living Chicago Realty and Double Eagle Development closed on the construction loan with New York-based MSD Partners to fund construction of a mixed-use 21-story tower. The project will feature mostly luxury apartments–a total of 248 units–with 40,000 square feet of offices and street-level retail, according to the developers.
